As a Comfort Specialist Dealer, we are committed to total customer satisfaction. That's why we participate in the American Standard Customer Care Program.
We submit a customer list to American Standard. Our customers are then contacted by mail and asked to complete a brief survey. This survey asks questions about the overall experience of the service call or installation. It takes less than 5 minutes. Every month we receive a report on how well we did. These reports provide us with important information and helps us to determine any areas of improvement needed to service our customers better or give a pat-on-the-back for a job well done to our dedicated and hard working co-workers. Each survey is read by our management team and discussed. In fact, we look forward to receiving them.
